Every listing auto-generates a public property website with its photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, amenities, and details in a polished, branded layout. Share the link anywhere: yard signs, social posts, MLS.

How they work

The site goes live as soon as you create a listing and start adding media. It pulls straight from your listing data, so any change (new photos, a new open house, an edited description) shows up immediately. No separate publishing step for content.

The URL is your org's listings subdomain plus the listing's slug:

https://listing.yourcompany.photeria.io/123-main-street

Set a custom domain per listing for a fully branded URL. See Custom Listing Domains.

The Website Editor

Open the editor from a listing's Property Website section. It's a full-screen workspace with a live preview that updates as you edit, so you can see exactly how the site will look before it goes out. Toggle between mobile and desktop views, and undo/redo as you go.

Design changes (settings, sections, order, slideshow choices) are saved together when you click Publish, and aren't live until you do.

Theme presets

Presets apply a complete visual style in one click. Three are built in:

  • Modern - pill borders, transparent header, framed slideshow hero, contact form and schedule-tour enabled.
  • Elegant - serif font, squared borders, fullscreen hero with zoom, off-white background.
  • Dark - dark background, light accent, fullscreen hero, masonry gallery.

Save your current editor state as a custom preset to reuse your own look across listings.

Design settings

In the editor you can set:

  • Colors - a primary (accent) color and background color. Use Brokerage mode to inherit the brokerage defaults, or Custom for a listing-specific color.
  • Website Style - the corner style of elements: Rounded, Pill, or Sharp.
  • Font - sans-serif or serif.
  • Text Alignment and Page Animation (how sections appear as visitors scroll).
  • Header Theme - transparent (overlays the hero) or solid.

Sections

The site is built from sections in this default order: Hero, Listing Details, Images, Videos, 3D Content, Amenities, Floor Plans, Contact Info, Map, and Open Houses. You can also add a Files section for downloadable documents. Reorder, hide, delete, and add sections from the editor sidebar. The page has a sticky header with your logo and quick-jump links, plus an optional Schedule a Tour button that opens a contact form.

Hero

The hero supports three modes:

  • Slideshow - a rotating set of images you pick and order, with Fade, Zoom, or Slide transitions and Default, Fullscreen, or Framed layout.
  • Static Image - a single chosen image.
  • Video - a full-bleed background video from a YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, or direct link, with an optional fallback image for when autoplay is blocked.

You can also toggle the property title and price on or off over the hero.

Choose a Grid, Masonry, or Carousel layout. All of them open a full-screen lightbox when an image is clicked.

Details

Toggle the title, price, and quick facts, and choose whether facts show as icon cards or a flat table.

Amenities

Shows your amenity tags, styled to match the website. The section appears only when the listing has amenities, which you set on the listing detail page (see Managing Listing Details).

SEO and sharing

Every site is automatically optimized for search, and shared links show a rich preview with the property image and details. Disabled or unpublished sites are kept out of search results.

Enabling and disabling

Each listing has a Property Website Enabled toggle. When off, visitors see a placeholder and the site is deindexed. If downloads are locked behind payment, visitors may be sent to pay before they can access the full site.

Branding and color cascade

Brokerages can set their own primary and background colors, which become the defaults for all listings under their agents. A listing can override those with custom colors. In short: listing colors override brokerage colors, which override your org's defaults.

Permissions

Any team member with listing edit access can toggle the website and configure it in the editor. Agents (clients) can't edit by default, but an admin can enable the Website Editor (or the Marketing Editor) per listing from the Property Website section.
