The dashboard is your home screen and the jumping-off point for everything in Photeria. This guide orients you to the layout so you can find what you need fast.
The sidebar
The left sidebar is your main navigation, grouped into three sections:
- Top - your Dashboard home screen and Reports for revenue and performance analytics.
- Manage - your day-to-day work: Jobs, Appointments, Listings, Clients (split into Agents and Brokerages), Invoices, and Payroll. See The Appointments Calendar and Payroll.
- Configure - your business setup: Ordering (services, packages, questions, order forms, catalogs, coupons, tasks), Templates (marketing, email, SMS), Team (members, roles, service types, compensation), Billing, and Settings.
Some entries only appear if your role includes them, for example Payroll. Click the chevron near the top to collapse the sidebar to icons only.
Just above your profile menu is a Refer and earn free credits link. Every company that signs up with your referral link gets $40 in credits, and so do you.
Your profile menu
Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to edit your profile (name, photo, contact details, working hours, Google Calendar, and theme), set your notification preferences, connect an AI assistant, or sign out.
The top bar
Two tools sit at the top of every page:
- Search - jump to any job, appointment, listing, agent, brokerage, invoice, or team member from anywhere. Press βK (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows). See Global Search.
- Notification bell - your in-app inbox, with a badge for unread items. See Notifications.
Dashboard widgets
The dashboard is built from widgets: summary tiles (revenue, scheduled jobs, unpaid invoices, and more), a revenue graph, your task list, upcoming jobs, and quick-action shortcuts.
To tailor it to how you work, click Customize in the top-right, then toggle widgets on or off and drag to reorder them. Click Save Changes. Your layout is personal and follows you across devices. Widgets you don't have permission to see, like revenue without billing access, are hidden automatically.
