How credits work

When a listing is marked Shot and you have credits, one is consumed automatically and the charge for that listing becomes $0. Credits are always applied first, before any billable charge.

How you get credits

  • Signup - every new organization starts with free credits (5 by default, may vary by plan or promotion).
  • Referrals - refer another photographer and earn credits when they sign up. See Settings β†’ Referrals.
  • Grants from the Photeria team, including adjustments to correct billing issues.

Tracking usage

The Current Usage card on the Billing page shows your remaining balance, credits applied this cycle, billable listings, and total due for the current period in real time.

For example, if you shoot 10 listings at $8 each and 3 are covered by credits, you owe $56 (7 Γ— $8) and the other 3 are free.

Cancellations

If a job is cancelled and a credit was used for it, the credit returns to your balance automatically. You don't lose credits for called-off shoots.

FAQ

No. They stay on your account until used.

What's my per-listing price?

Can I see which listings used credits?

The Current Usage card shows totals, not a per-listing breakdown. Contact support if you need detailed charge records.
