Global Search

Global search lets you jump straight to any job, listing, agent, brokerage, invoice, appointment, or team member from anywhere in Photeria, without navigating to the right page first.

Using it

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from any page, or click the search bar at the top of the screen. Press Esc to close.

Type an address, name, brokerage, or invoice and matching results appear instantly, grouped by type. To narrow things down, click a category tab. Click a result to open it, or use the arrow keys and Enter.

Before you type, the window shows shortcuts for common tasks like New Job and Add Client, along with your recent searches.

Tips

• Search covers more than titles. You can find a job by the client's email even when the email isn't shown in the result.
• If nothing matches, try a different spelling or remove a category filter to broaden the search.
