How Clients Place Orders
Follow the client ordering flow from selecting services through scheduling and confirmation.

Clients place orders through the order form you share with them. The exact choices and steps depend on how you configured that form.
Choose a package or services
The first step shows the packages and services available on the order form. When a client selects a package, its included services are added together. They can also select other services offered on the form.

Suggested add-ons can appear after a selection. These give clients a clear way to add related services without returning to the full service list.

Answer questions
Questions linked to the selected services appear next. Required questions must be answered before the client continues. Photeria skips this step when none of the selected services have questions.
Add the property details
The client enters the property address, square footage, entry method, and any instructions your team needs for the appointment.

Square footage is required when a selected service uses it for pricing or duration. The order total updates after the client enters the property size. A travel fee is added when the address is inside a service area with a fee. An address outside your service areas cannot continue.
Sign in or create an account
A client who opened a public order link signs in or creates an account before scheduling. Their contact details are filled in when they are already signed in.

Schedule the appointment
The Schedule step shows the services in each appointment, the estimated duration, and the available dates and times. If your order form allows photographer selection, the client can choose a photographer or leave the assignment as any available photographer.

Review and confirm the order
The Review step brings the services, property, contact, schedule, and price together. The client can use Edit beside a section to make a change before confirming.

If you added terms of service, the client must accept them here. If the order form collects payment before confirmation, the available payment options also appear on this step. The final button reflects the action the client is about to take, such as Confirm Order or Pay & Book.
