An account manager is someone you invite to help run your account, such as an assistant or a transaction coordinator. Once they accept, they can view your listings, download media, and place orders on your behalf, all without needing your login. Anything they do appears as if you did it yourself.

You manage them under portal Settings β†’ Account Managers.

Inviting one

Click Invite, enter their email, and send. They get an email with a setup link and show as Pending until they accept, then Active. If an invite is still pending, use Resend to send it again.

Switching between accounts

A person can manage more than one account. When they sign in they land on a Managed Accounts page listing every account they've been invited to, and they pick which one to work in. They can return to that list to switch accounts any time.

Removing one

Click the X on their row and confirm. They lose access immediately. You can invite them again later if you need to.
