Packages let you bundle multiple services together at a discounted price.

They're a great way to encourage clients to book more and simplify their decision-making. This guide covers how to create packages, choose a discount type, and configure all the details.

Getting Started

  1. In the admin dashboard, go to Ordering from the sidebar.
  2. Switch to the Packages tab.
  3. Click the Add Package button in the top-right corner.

Basic Information

Name and Description

  • Name (required): Something clear and appealing, like "Essential Package" or "Premium Bundle."
  • Description: A short summary of what's included and why it's a good deal. Clients see this on the order page.

Included Services

Every package must include at least 2 services. This is what makes it a bundle.

  1. In the Included Services section, click Add service to open the service picker.
  2. Search for and select the services you want to include.
  3. Drag services to reorder them (this controls the display order on the order page).
  4. Click the X on any service to remove it.

Quantity-Based Services in Packages

If a service uses quantity-based pricing, you'll see a quantity selector next to it. This lets you set how many units are included in the package. For example, if your package includes "Extra Photos" at a quantity of 10, the client gets 10 photos as part of the bundle.

Discount Types

Packages support four pricing models. Choose the one that fits your strategy.

Percent Off

Automatically calculates the package price as a percentage discount off the combined individual service prices.

  1. Select Percent Off from the Discount Type toggle.
  2. Enter the discount percentage in the Discount Percentage field (e.g., 15 for 15% off).

The order page will show clients both the original price (sum of services) and the discounted package price, so they can see exactly how much they're saving.

Dollar Off

Takes a fixed dollar amount off the combined service prices.

  1. Select Dollar Off from the Discount Type toggle.
  2. Enter the discount amount in the Discount Amount field (e.g., 50 for $50 off).

Set Price

Ignores individual service prices entirely and charges a flat rate for the whole package.

  1. Select Set Price from the Discount Type toggle.
  2. Enter the total package price in the Package Price field (e.g., 399).

This is the simplest option and gives you full control over the final number clients see.

Sqft Tiered

When packages include services with square footage pricing, you can set package-level tiers that vary the bundle price by property size.

  1. Select Sqft Tiered from the Discount Type toggle (this option appears as a fourth toggle after Set Price).
  2. Click Add Tier and configure each tier:
    • Min Sq Ft: Starting square footage for this range (first tier must be 0).
    • Max Sq Ft: Ending square footage (leave blank on the last tier for "and above").
    • Price ($): The package price for properties in this range.

The same validation rules from services apply: tiers must be contiguous with no gaps.

Badge

Badges are small labels that appear on the package card to highlight it. They're a great way to draw attention.

  1. Enter a badge label in the Badge field (e.g., "Most Popular" or "Best Value").
  2. Choose a Badge Color using the color picker. The text color adjusts automatically for contrast.

Leave the badge field empty if you don't want one.

Package Gallery

Upload images to showcase your package. These appear as a carousel when clients view package details on the order page.

  • Click the upload area to add images, or paste a video link.
  • Drag to reorder.
  • Click the X button to remove any image.

Recommended Add-ons

Just like services, packages can have recommended add-ons. These are extra services suggested to clients after they select the package.

  1. In the Recommended Add-ons section, select services to suggest.
  2. Only services that aren't already included in the package will appear as options.

Saving and Managing Packages

  • Click Create to save a new package, or Update for changes.
  • Back on the Packages tab:
    • Click a row to edit the package.
    • Use the duplicate button to create a copy (copies all services, tiers, and settings).
    • Use the Add to default order page button to assign it to your default order page.
    • Use the delete button to permanently remove a package.

Tips

  • Create 2 to 3 packages at different price points to give clients options without overwhelming them.
  • Use "Percent Off" or "Dollar Off" when you want the discount to feel transparent. Use "Set Price" when you want a clean, round number.
  • Badges like "Most Popular" can nudge clients toward your preferred option.
  • If any included service uses tiered pricing, consider using the sqft tiered discount type so the package price adjusts with property size.
