This guide explains how clients browse their listings and download media files (photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours) from the client portal.

Viewing Your Listings

1. Log in to the client portal.
2. Click the Listings tab in the header navigation.
3. You will see a grid of all your listings, each displayed as a card with a hero image, property address, and status badge.

Searching and Filtering

At the top of the Listings page, you can:

• Search by property address using the search field
• Sort listings by newest, oldest, address (A-Z or Z-A), or status
• Filter by delivery status: Scheduled, Arrived, Shot, Delivered, or Cancelled

Listing Status

Each listing card shows a colored status badge:

• Scheduled (blue) - The shoot has been booked but not yet started
• Arrived (orange) - The photographer has arrived on site
• Shot (amber) - The shoot is complete, media is being processed
• Delivered (green) - Media is ready to view and download
• Cancelled (red) - The order was cancelled

Quick Actions

Each listing card has action buttons that appear on the right side:

• Download icon - Go directly to the download page for that listing
• External link icon - Open the property website (if enabled)
• Marketing icon - Open the marketing materials page (if enabled)

Downloading Media

When you click on a listing or tap the download icon, you are taken to the listing's download and detail page.

Media Tabs

The download page organizes media into tabs based on what is available for that listing:

• Photos - All delivered photography
• Videos - Walkthrough and aerial videos
• 3D Tours - Virtual tour embeds (e.g., Matterport scans)
• Floor Plans - Downloadable floor plan files

Only tabs with available content will appear. For example, if a listing has no videos, the Videos tab will not be shown.

Selecting and Downloading Photos

1. Click the Photos tab (selected by default).
2. Use the checkboxes on each photo thumbnail to select the images you want.
3. Click Select All to select every photo at once, or Deselect All to clear your selection.
4. Click the Download Selected button to download your chosen photos. If you selected a single photo, it downloads directly as a file. If you selected multiple photos, they are bundled into a ZIP file that downloads automatically.
5. You can also click the Download button on an individual photo to download just that one.

Download with Branding

If your brokerage has a logo or watermark on file, a Download with logo toggle appears above the photo grid. When enabled, your brokerage's branding is overlaid on each downloaded photo (positioned in the bottom-right corner). This is useful for social media and marketing purposes.

Downloading Floor Plans

1. Click the Floor Plans tab.
2. Each floor plan is shown as a card with a preview image and title.
3. Use the checkbox to select floor plans, then click Download Selected, or click the Download button on an individual floor plan card.

Videos and Virtual Tours

Videos and virtual tours are typically hosted externally (YouTube, Vimeo, or Matterport). On these tabs, you will see embedded players or links that open in a new browser tab. YouTube and Vimeo videos display as embedded players directly on the page.

Download Progress

When downloading multiple files, a progress dialog shows:

• The number of files downloaded out of the total
• A progress bar
• A Cancel button to stop the download

After all files are fetched, the system creates a ZIP archive and saves it to your computer.

Payment Requirements

If your invoice has an outstanding balance, downloads will be locked. You will see a banner at the top of the download page with a Pay Now button. Watermarked previews of your photos are still visible, but full-resolution downloads are disabled until payment is complete.

Once you click Pay Now, you are taken to a secure payment form (powered by Stripe) where you can enter your card details. After successful payment, the page refreshes automatically and all downloads are unlocked.

Property Website Link

If the listing has a property website enabled, a link card appears at the top of the download page. You can:

• Click Copy Link to copy the property website URL to your clipboard
• Click Share to use your device's native share functionality (on supported devices)
• Click the link directly to open the property website in a new tab
