Client Portal Overview
The client portal is where your agents and brokerages log in to book shoots, view listings, download media, pay invoices, and manage their account. It's fully white-labeled with your org's logo, colors, and domain, so clients never see Photeria branding.

How clients access it
Clients visit your portal URL. If you've set a custom portal domain (for example portal.yourcompany.com), they use that; otherwise it's the default platform domain. They log in with email and password, or create an account from the same page.
Visitors don't have to log in first to start an order. The Book Shoot flow is open, and they're prompted to sign in or sign up during checkout.
What clients can do
Once in, clients work across three areas:
- Book Shoot - start a new order.
- Listings - browse their listings and download media. See Viewing and Downloading Listings.
- Invoices - view and pay invoices. See Paying Invoices.
From the account menu they can update their profile (photo, name, contact details, title) and set or change their password. Brokerage company is read-only for agents who belong to one.
Branding
The portal pulls your org's branding automatically, so the logo, primary color, and background reflect your settings. Configure it at Settings β Branding in the admin panel.
