The Open Houses section

The Open Houses section lets you add upcoming showing dates and times to your listing's property website. This helps potential buyers know when they can visit the property in person.

Accessing the Open Houses Section

1. Navigate to Listings in the left sidebar.
2. Click on the listing you want to manage.
3. Scroll down to the Open Houses section in the Media area (it has a calendar icon).
4. Click on the section header to expand it.

If you do not see an Open Houses section on your listing, you can add one by clicking Add New Item at the bottom of the Media area and selecting Open Houses from the popover menu.

Adding an Open House

1. Expand the Open Houses section.
2. Click the Add Open House button at the bottom of the section.
3. A dialog will appear with three fields:
   • Date - Select the date using the date picker. It defaults to tomorrow's date.
   • Start Time - Set the start time. Defaults to 1:00 PM.
   • End Time - Set the end time. Defaults to 3:00 PM.
4. Adjust the date and times as needed.
5. Click Save to add the open house.

The new open house will appear in the list, showing the formatted date (e.g., "Sat, March 22, 2026") and the time range (e.g., "1:00 PM - 3:00 PM").

Editing an Open House

1. Find the open house you want to change in the list.
2. Click the pencil icon on the right side of the row.
3. The edit dialog will open with the current date and times pre-filled.
4. Make your changes and click Save.

Deleting an Open House

1. Find the open house you want to remove.
2. Click the trash icon on the right side of the row.
3. The open house is removed immediately.

How Open Houses Appear on the Property Website

When the Open Houses section is visible and contains at least one entry, the dates and times are displayed on the property website for visitors to see. If there are no open houses scheduled, the section shows a message saying "No open houses scheduled."

Hiding the Open Houses Section

1. Click the eye icon on the Open Houses section header.
2. The section will appear dimmed with a "Hidden" badge.
3. Click the eye icon again when you are ready to show it.

Removing the Open Houses Section Entirely

1. Click the trash icon on the Open Houses section header.
2. Confirm the deletion. This will permanently remove the section and all of its open house records.

You can always add the section back later using the Add New Item button, but any previously entered open house dates will be gone.

Tips

• Add open houses before delivering the listing so the dates are already on the property website when the client shares it.
• Keep past open houses cleaned up by deleting them after they have occurred, or simply hide the section until new dates are set.
• The item count badge on the section header shows how many open houses are currently scheduled, so you can see at a glance without expanding the section.
