Payroll is where you review what each team member has earned and mark their payouts as paid. As appointments are completed, Photeria tallies what each photographer is owed from their compensation plan, so you always have a running total of who needs paying, with no spreadsheet to maintain.
Find it under Manage β Payroll.
How earnings appear
You don't enter most earnings by hand. When work is completed, Photeria creates payroll lines automatically from each member's compensation plan. Lines start as Unpaid until you record a payout. Use the team-member and date filters to narrow a long list.
Marking earnings paid
On the Unpaid tab, tick the earnings you're paying out (the toolbar tracks your selection total), click Mark Paid, optionally add a note, and confirm. The lines move to Paid and the payout is logged under Runs, where you can see each recorded payout with its date, method, period, and total.
Manual adjustments
For a bonus, downtime, or a correction that isn't tied to an appointment, click Add Adjustment, pick the team member, describe it, enter an amount and earned date, and save. It joins the Unpaid list like any other earning, ready to pay out.
