Listings are the core of your Photeria workflow. Every property you photograph gets its own listing, complete with photos, videos, 3D tours, and a public property website. This guide walks you through what listings are, how they connect to jobs, and the lifecycle they follow from start to finish.

What Is a Listing?

A listing represents a single property in Photeria. It holds all of the media and information about that property, including:

  • Photos of the property (interior, exterior, aerials, and more)
  • Videos such as walkthrough tours or drone footage
  • 3D tours from services like Matterport or iGuide
  • Floor plans uploaded as images or PDFs
  • Property details like the title, description, price, and quick facts (beds, baths, square footage)
  • Open house dates for upcoming showings
  • A public property website that showcases everything above

How Listings Connect to Jobs

In Photeria, a job is the work order that gets created when a shoot is booked. Every job is tied to one listing. Think of the job as the "who, when, and where" of the shoot, while the listing is the "what" that gets delivered.

When a job is created, a listing is automatically generated for it. The listing inherits the property address from the job and becomes the place where you upload and organize all of the media after the shoot.

Listing Lifecycle

A listing moves through several stages as the job progresses:

  1. Scheduled - The job has been created and a shoot date is set. The listing exists but is mostly empty at this point.
  2. Shot - The photographer has completed the shoot. The listing is ready for photos and media to be uploaded.
  3. Delivered - The media has been uploaded, organized, and delivered to the client. The client receives an email with links to their download page and property website.
  4. Re-delivered - If you need to make changes after delivery (adding more photos, updating details), you can re-deliver the listing at any time.

Finding Your Listings

To view all of your listings, navigate to Listings in the left sidebar. You will see a grid of property cards, each showing:

  • A hero image (the first visible photo)
  • The property address
  • The delivery status (Shot, Delivered, etc.)
  • The assigned agent's name and brokerage

Searching and Filtering

At the top of the Listings page, you have two tools to help you find what you need:

  • Search bar - Type an address or client name to filter the list instantly.
  • Status filter - Use the dropdown to show only listings with a specific status (All, Shot, or Delivered).

Opening a Listing

Click on any listing card to open its detail page. This is where you manage everything about the property, from uploading photos to customizing the property website. The detail page is organized into sections that you can expand, collapse, reorder, and toggle on or off.

At the top of the detail page, you will see:

  • A hero image banner showing the property's first photo
  • The full address overlaid on the hero
  • The delivery status badge
  • The assigned agents (primary and optional secondary)
  • Deliver Listing and Preview buttons for sending the listing to your client and previewing the property website

The rest of this help collection covers each part of the listing detail page in depth.
