Integrations

The Dropbox integration lets you upload and store property videos directly in your Dropbox account. When you add a video to a listing, the file is uploaded to Dropbox, and a shareable link is generated automatically so the video can be displayed on property websites and download pages.

By default, emails sent from Photeria (delivery notifications, invoices, and other messages to your clients) come from a photeria.io address with your reply-to address attached. Setting up a custom email sending domain lets you send emails from your own domain instead (for example, notify@yourdomain.com), which looks more professional and improves deliverability.

Google Calendar integration gives you two-way sync between Photeria and your calendar. Job appointments show up on your Google Calendar automatically, and events on your calendar block your scheduling availability so clients and team members never double-book you.

Stripe lets you accept credit card payments directly from your clients. Once connected, Photeria automatically handles payment collection on invoices and job checkouts, tracks payment status, and records every transaction in your billing history.
