How clients browse their listings and download photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours from the client portal.

How clients browse their listings and download photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours from the client portal.

Viewing listings

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Click Listings in the header.
  3. You see a grid of listing cards, each with a hero image, address, status badge, and quick action icons.

Search, sort, filter

At the top of the page:

  • Search - by property address.
  • Sort - Newest, Oldest, Address A-Z, Address Z-A, or Status.
  • Status filter - All, Completed, In Progress, or Pending.

Listing status

Each card shows a job-progress badge:

  • Pending (blue) - shoot booked, not yet completed.
  • In Progress (orange) - shoot done or in flight, media being processed.
  • Completed (green) - media delivered and ready.

Status reflects the job's overall progress.

Quick action icons

Icons on the right of each card:

  • Download - jump to the download page.
  • External link - open the property website (if enabled).
  • Marketing - open the marketing materials page (if enabled).

Icons only appear when the relevant feature is enabled for that listing.

Downloading media

Clicking a card (or the download icon) opens the listing's download and detail page.

Media tabs

Tabs are shown based on what's available:

  • Photos - all delivered photography
  • Video - walkthroughs, aerials
  • 3D Scans - Matterport or similar embeds
  • Floor Plans - downloadable floor plans
  • Files - any additional documents (feature sheets, disclosures, etc.)

The first tab with content is selected by default.

Selecting and downloading photos

  1. The first tab with content is selected automatically.
  2. Check thumbnails to select photos. Use Select All / Deselect All as shortcuts.
  3. Click Download Selected:
    • One photo downloads as a single file.
    • Multiple photos are bundled into a ZIP.
  4. Individual Download buttons on each thumbnail also work.

If your brokerage has a logo on file, a Download with Logo toggle appears above the grid. When enabled, your logo is overlaid on each downloaded photo. You can customize:

  • Position - Bottom Right (default), Bottom Left, Top Right, or Top Left
  • Size - slider from 5% to 40% of the image width (default 15%)
  • Opacity - slider from 20% to 100% (default 100%)

The live preview on each thumbnail updates in real time as you adjust these controls.

Floor plans

  1. Floor Plans tab.
  2. Select via checkboxes, then Download Selected, or use per-card Download.

Videos and 3D tours

Typically hosted externally (YouTube, Vimeo, Matterport). Videos display as embedded players; 3D tours open in an iframe or a new tab.

Download progress

Multi-file downloads show a progress dialog with count, progress bar, and Cancel. After all files fetch, a ZIP is generated and saved.

Payment-locked downloads

Unpaid invoice? Downloads lock. The page shows a banner with Pay Now. Watermarked previews stay visible; full-res is gated until payment posts.

Click Pay Now to go to the invoice page where you can pay via the Stripe payment form. Once the charge succeeds, the page refreshes and downloads unlock automatically.

Property website card

If the listing has a website enabled, a card at the top of the download page lets you:

  • Copy Link - copies the property website URL.
  • Share - opens your device's native share sheet (supported devices).
  • Click the link to open the website in a new tab.
