Google Calendar
Sync your Photeria schedule with Google Calendar both ways: events on your Google calendars block scheduling in Photeria, and jobs you schedule in Photeria write to a Google calendar you choose. This keeps you from getting double-booked across your work and personal commitments.

Sync your Photeria schedule with Google Calendar both ways: events on your Google calendars block scheduling in Photeria, and jobs you schedule in Photeria write to a Google calendar you choose. This keeps you from getting double-booked across your work and personal commitments.
Google Calendar connects per user, so each team member connects their own account. It lives on your profile, not under Settings.
Connecting
- Open My Profile (your name in the bottom-left of the sidebar) and go to the Schedule tab.
- On the Google Calendar card, click Connect Google Calendar, sign in, and click Allow.
See Photographer Availability for how this feeds into your overall availability.
Settings
- Block availability from - turn on any calendar whose events should block scheduling (personal, primary, shared team calendars) and leave off the ones that shouldn't (birthdays, holidays). Only calendars you turn on block your time.
- Save jobs to - the Google calendar that receives new job events. Defaults to your primary. Events include the property address, time, and a link back to the job.
Use Refresh if you just created a calendar in Google and don't see it yet.
Re-authorizing
If the connection stops working, the Schedule tab shows a warning. Click Reconnect Google Calendar to fix it.
Disconnecting
On the Google Calendar card, click Disconnect and confirm. Events already synced stay on your Google Calendar; future sync stops.
Troubleshooting
No calendars appear after connecting
Click Refresh. Still empty? Disconnect and reconnect.
Jobs aren't showing on my calendar
Check that "Save jobs to" is set, and that the re-auth warning isn't showing.
Availability isn't blocking correctly
Confirm the relevant calendars are turned on under "Block availability from." Only those block your time.
