Photeria keeps a card on file to automatically pay your platform invoices. You manage it from the Billing page, and payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Photeria keeps a card on file to automatically pay your platform invoices. You manage it from the Billing page, and payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Adding or changing your card

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. On the Payment Method card, click Add Card (or Change Card if you already have one).
  3. Enter your card details and click Save Card.

Your new card takes effect right away and becomes the card used for future charges. If you had any unpaid invoices, Photeria automatically retries them on the new card, and if your account was suspended for non-payment, access is restored once the balance clears.

Your card details go straight to Stripe. Photeria never sees or stores your full card number.

If a card is declined

Stripe will tell you why. The usual causes are insufficient funds, an expired card, or a verification step required by your bank. Try a different card or check with your bank, then save it again.

Who can manage it

You need the Billing: Manage permission to add or change the card. If you don't see the Billing page or the buttons, ask an admin to update your role.
