The client portal is where agents and brokerages log in to book shoots, view listings, download media, pay invoices, and manage their account. Fully white-labeled with your org's logo, colors, and domain.

How clients access it

Clients visit your portal URL. If you've set a custom portal domain (e.g. portal.yourcompany.com), they use that. Otherwise they use the default platform domain.

A Login button in the top-right opens the sign-in page. Clients log in with email + password, or create an account from the same page.

Unauthenticated visitors can still hit the Book Shoot flow to start an order without logging in; they'll be prompted to sign in or sign up during checkout.

After login, the header shows three tabs:

Desktop: tabs centered in the header. Mobile: hamburger menu reveals them.

Account menu

Avatar in the top-right opens a dropdown:

  • Settings - update profile photo, name, email, phone, title, and password.
  • Sign Out.

On mobile, these sit at the bottom of the hamburger menu.

Account Settings

On the Settings page:

  • Profile Photo - upload or remove.
  • First / Last Name.
  • Email.
  • Phone.
  • Title - agent title (e.g., "Senior Agent").
  • Company - read-only if the client belongs to a brokerage.
  • Password - set or change your password.

Click Save Changes to persist.

Branding

The portal reads your org's branding settings automatically:

  • Logo in the header.
  • Primary color for buttons, links, and accents.
  • Background color.

Configure branding at Settings β†’ Branding in the admin panel.
