Account Managers

An account manager is someone you invite to help run your account, such as an assistant, a transaction coordinator, or anyone who handles your listings for you. Once they accept, they can view your listings, download media, and place orders on your behalf, without needing your login.

Getting there

This lives in your portal Settings:

1. Open Settings.
2. Click the Account Managers tab.

You'll see everyone you've invited, with an Active or Pending status next to each name.

Inviting an account manager

1. On the Account Managers tab, click Invite.
2. In the Invite Account Manager dialog, enter the person's Email Address.
3. Click Send Invite.

An invitation email goes to that address with a link to set up access. They'll show as Pending until they accept.

What an account manager can do

Once active, an account manager can:

• View your listings
• Download your media
• Place orders on your behalf

They work inside your account, so anything they do appears as if it were done on your account.

Pending vs. active

• Pending - invited but hasn't accepted yet.
• Active - accepted the invite and can now manage your account.

If an invite is still Pending, click Resend on their row to send the invitation email again.

How an account manager switches between accounts

A person can manage more than one account. When they sign in, they land on a Managed Accounts page listing every account they've been invited to. They click Manage next to an account to open it and start working in it, and can return to the list to switch to another.

Removing an account manager

1. Find the person on the Account Managers tab.
2. Click the X on their row.
3. Confirm in the Revoke Access dialog by clicking Revoke Access.

They'll immediately lose access to your account. You can invite them again later if you need to.
