This guide walks you through creating a new Photeria account, activating an invitation, and resetting your password. The process takes just a few minutes.
Signing up as a new organization
If you are starting a new photography business on Photeria, head to the registration page and create your account from scratch.
Step-by-step registration
- Visit the Photeria app and click Sign up on the login page.
- Fill in the registration form with the following details:
- First Name and Last Name
- Company Name (this becomes your organization name)
- Phone Number
- Listings Per Month (optional, helps us understand your business size)
- How'd You Hear About Us? (optional)
- Email Address (this will be your login email)
- Password and Confirm Password (must be at least 6 characters)
- Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create Account.
After your account is created, you will be signed in automatically and redirected to your new dashboard. Your organization is ready to go.
If registration is closed
Photeria may occasionally limit new signups. If registration is closed when you visit, you will see one of two things:
- Waitlist form: Enter your name and email to join the waitlist. You will receive an email when a spot opens up.
- Registration closed message: Check back later or contact support.
If you received a waitlist invitation link, clicking it will take you directly to the full registration form regardless of whether registration is open to the public.
Activating an invited account
If someone on your team invited you to their Photeria organization, you will receive an email with an activation link. Here is how to complete the setup.
- Open the invitation email and click the activation link.
- You will land on the Create Your Password page.
- Enter a password (at least 6 characters) and confirm it.
- Click Activate Account.
Once activated, you will see a success message and be redirected to your profile page where you can fill in the rest of your details.
Troubleshooting activation
- "Your activation link has expired": Activation links are time-limited for security. Ask your team admin to send a new invitation.
- "Invalid activation link": Make sure you clicked the full link from the email. Some email clients may break long links across multiple lines.
Signing in
Once your account is set up, signing in is straightforward.
- Visit the Photeria login page.
- Enter your Email Address and Password.
- Click Login.
You can also sign in with Google by clicking Login with Google. This works if your Google email matches your Photeria account.
Forgot your password?
- On the login page, click Forgot password? below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email for a password reset link.
- Click the link, then enter and confirm your new password.
You will be redirected to the dashboard once your password is updated.
