How catalogs work
A catalog is a named set of price overrides. For each service and package you can enter a special price or leave it blank to keep your default. Only fill in the items you actually want to change; everything left blank stays at your normal price and keeps in sync with it automatically. For services or packages with square-footage tiers, you can override each tier individually.
Creating a catalog
Click Add Catalog, give it a Title (name it after the client or deal, like "Acme Realty"), enter override prices on the items you want to change, and save.
Assigning a catalog
On an agent's or brokerage's detail page, click Edit, turn on Custom Pricing, pick the catalog, and save. Those overrides then apply to that client's orders.
The Custom Pricing toggle stays disabled until at least one catalog exists, so create the catalog first.
Tip
Create one catalog per pricing arrangement and reuse it across every agent at a brokerage that shares the deal.
