Packages bundle multiple services at a discounted price. They encourage clients to book more and simplify their decision. Find them under Ordering → Packages.

Creating a package

Click Add Package and give it a clear, appealing Name and a short Description of what's included (clients see both on the order form).

Included services

A package must include at least 2 services, that's what makes it a bundle. Add them and drag to set the display order. If an included service uses quantity-based pricing, set how many units the package includes, for example 10 "Extra Photos."

Choosing a discount type

Pick the pricing model that fits your strategy:

  • Percent off - a percentage off the combined service prices. The order form shows clients the original and discounted price so they see the savings.
  • Dollar off - a fixed amount off the combined prices.
  • Set price - a flat rate for the whole package, ignoring individual prices. Simplest, and gives you a clean round number.
  • Sqft tiered - a bundle price that varies by property size, using the same tier editor as services. Use this when included services have square-footage pricing so the package price adjusts with the property. See Sq Ft Based Pricing.

With Percent Off or Dollar Off, if included services use square-footage pricing, the package price still adjusts with property size automatically.

Optional touches

  • Badge - a small label on the package card like "Most Popular" or "Best Value" to draw attention and nudge clients toward your preferred option. Pick its color; text color adjusts for contrast.
  • Gallery - images or a video link shown when clients view package details.
  • Recommended add-ons - extra services suggested after the client picks the package. Only services not already in the package can be suggested.

Managing packages

Click a package to edit it. You can also duplicate one (copies all services, tiers, and settings) or add it straight to your default order form.

Tips

  • Create 2 to 3 packages at different price points to give options without overwhelming.
  • Use Percent Off or Dollar Off when you want the discount to feel transparent; use Set Price when you want a clean number.
