Terms of service
Write or paste your terms into the text field and save. Plain text only, no formatting. Whatever you enter is shown at checkout, and the customer has to agree before placing the order. Leave it blank and no terms are shown.
Common sections worth covering:
- Service scope - what each package includes.
- Usage rights - who owns the photos and how clients may use them.
- Cancellation and rescheduling - your rules for late changes and refunds.
- Payment terms - when payment is due.
- Liability and delivery - limits on your responsibility and expected turnaround times.
Tips
- Keep the language clear. Clients are more likely to read and trust plain terms.
- Revisit your terms when you change pricing, cancellation rules, or delivery process.
- If you're unsure about wording, consult a legal professional.
- Even a simple set of terms beats none. At minimum, cover cancellation and usage rights.
