Brand colors
Pick two colors that carry across everything clients see:
- Primary - the accent for buttons, links, and interactive elements.
- Background - the surface behind your portal and key sections.
Keep enough contrast between them so text and buttons stay readable. Photeria warns you if the two are too close.
Logos and assets
Upload these in the Logo and Assets card:
- Dark logo - for light backgrounds (the portal header and most surfaces).
- Light logo - for dark backgrounds.
- Favicon - the small icon in browser tabs.
- Watermark - overlaid on photos that haven't been paid for. Use a semi-transparent PNG of your logo so it protects your work without ruining the preview.
- Social image - the preview shown when someone shares a link to your portal or a property website. Use at least 1200 x 630 pixels.
Use transparent PNGs so logos sit cleanly on any background. Save the card after uploading or removing an image.
Login page
Choose how your client login page is laid out:
- None - plain background, centered form.
- Side - form on the left, your background image on the right.
- Center - background image fills the page with the form in a card on top.
Side and Center let you upload a background image. High-quality real estate photography makes a strong first impression.
Brokerage-level branding
Brokerages can set their own brand and background colors on the brokerage profile. These apply automatically to every listing under that brokerage's agents. You can still override colors on any individual listing in the Website Editor. If nothing is set at the brokerage or listing level, your organization's brand colors are used.
