Managing Open Houses

Add upcoming showing dates to a listing so buyers know when they can visit in person. They show up on the property website automatically.

Adding an open house

1. Open the listing and expand the Open Houses section. If it isn't there, add it with Add New Item at the bottom of the Media area.
2. Click Add Open House.
3. Set the date, start time, and end time, then click Add.

The date and time range then appear on the property website for visitors to see.

Editing and deleting

Use the pencil icon on any row to change a date or time, and the trash icon to remove one.

Hiding vs. deleting the section

If you want to keep your dates but pull them off the website for now (between events, say), hide the section with the eye icon on its header. Deleting the section instead removes it and all its dates permanently. You can re-add the section later, but the old dates won't come back.

Tips

• Add open houses before delivering, so the dates are live when the client shares the link.
• Clean up past dates by deleting them, or hide the section until you set new ones.
