These settings control who can see your listing's property website and downloads, what its URL is, and how it looks. Visibility toggles and URLs live on the listing detail page; all visual design happens in the Website Editor.

Visibility toggles

  • Download Page - turns on the client download page and gives you a link to copy. This is where your client gets the original, full-resolution files.
  • Require Payment - locks downloads until the job's invoice is paid. Use it when you want files released only after you've been paid.
  • Property Website - turns the public listing site on or off. Turn it on before sending your delivery email so the link works right away. While off, the site is hidden from search engines.
  • Marketing Materials - gives clients access to marketing templates and design tools for the property.

URL slug

The slug is the readable part of the website URL, for example listings.yourdomain.com/123-main-street. Set it on the listing detail page or in the editor's URL & Domain panel.

Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. The street address makes a clean, shareable slug. Set one before delivering so clients get a tidy link instead of a random ID.

Custom domain

Any listing can have its own branded domain for a fully custom URL. See Custom Listing Domains.

Design

All visual customization (colors, fonts, layout, hero style, gallery layout) happens in the Website Editor with a live preview. Match colors to the agent's brokerage branding, or leave them on Brokerage to inherit those defaults automatically. See Property Website Overview.

SEO and sharing

Every property website is automatically optimized for search and gets a rich link preview (property image and details) when shared on social platforms. You don't have to configure anything. Disabled or unpublished sites are kept out of search results.
