Understanding Listings

A listing is where your deliverables for a property live: photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, files, listing details, open houses, and a public property website that showcases it all. This guide covers how listings connect to jobs and how delivery works.

How listings connect to jobs

A job is the work order created when a shoot is booked. It's the who, when, and how of the shoot. Every job has one linked listing, created automatically with the same address, and the listing is the what you deliver. After the shoot, you upload media to the listing and send it to the client.

Because the listing is tied to the job, a few things are edited on the job rather than the listing:

• Property address - on the job's Property card.
• Agent assignment - on the job's Client card.
• Invoice and payments - on the job's Invoice card.

Everything else (media, sections, listing details, and website settings) is managed right on the listing.

Delivery is on or off

Jobs move through several progress states, but a listing has just two: Not Delivered and Delivered. You deliver by sending the delivery email from the listing detail page. After that you can re-deliver any number of times; each one sends a fresh email, and the listing stays marked Delivered.

Finding your listings

Click Listings in the sidebar for the grid view. Filter by the Delivered / Not Delivered tabs, or search and filter by photographer, client, or brokerage to find what you need.

Working on a listing

Open any listing to upload and manage media, customize sections, edit details, manage open houses, configure the property website, and preview before you deliver. Use Preview to open the live website in a new tab and Deliver Listing when it's ready to send.
