Customizing Listing Sections

Every listing is built from sections, and they're the building blocks of both your editing workspace and the public property website. You can reorder them, show or hide them, add new ones, and rename them. The order on the admin page is the order on the website.
Tip: For configuring sections, styles, and layout with a live preview, use the Website Editor.
Default sections
A new listing starts with Hero, Listing Details, Images, Videos, 3D Content, Amenities, Floor Plans, Contact Info, Map, and Open Houses. You can also add a Files section for non-media documents like feature sheets, flyers, or disclosures.
Reordering
Drag the grip handle on a section header to move it up or down. The new order saves on its own.
Showing or hiding
Click the eye icon to hide a section from the public website while keeping its content. Useful when you want to finish something first, like hiding Map until you've verified the coordinates. Hidden sections still show in your workspace so you can keep editing.
Adding a section
Use Add New Item at the bottom of the Media area and pick from the list (sections already added are grayed out). It drops in at the bottom, so drag it where you want.
Renaming and navigation
Sections have editable display settings: the heading shown on the site, an optional subtitle, the label used in the website nav menu, and a toggle for whether the section appears in that nav. Leave a field blank to use its default.
Deleting
Click the trash icon on a section header. For sections holding media, you'll confirm first, since deleting removes all of their content permanently. Listing Details can't be deleted, only hidden.
A few sections to know
- Amenities - set on the listing detail page (see Managing Listing Details); appears only when you've added at least one.
- Contact Info - pulls the primary agent's name, email, phone, and photo automatically. A toggle controls whether visitors can submit a contact form.
- Map - shows the property location from the job's address.
- Files - holds documents like feature sheets or disclosures; choose whether each is downloadable from the website.
