Photos are the heart of any listing. This guide covers uploading, ordering, visibility, and the hero slideshow.

Uploading

Expand the Images section and click the Add images card, then drag and drop your files or browse for them. Photeria optimizes photos for fast loading while keeping the originals available for high-quality downloads.

Syncing from Dropbox

If your org has Dropbox connected, pull finished photos straight from your Finals/Photos folder with the Sync Folder button in the Media header. Files already on the listing are skipped. See Dropbox for the full workflow.

Ordering

Photo order is the order shown on the website, so it's worth getting right. Drag any image to a new spot. To move several at once, click to select them, then drag any one of the group; they move together and keep their relative order.

Cover image

The first visible image automatically becomes the cover (hero) image, used at the top of the listing and as the thumbnail in the Listings grid. To change it, drag a different photo into the first position.

Visibility, renaming, deleting

  • Click an image's eye icon to hide it from the website while keeping it in your gallery.
  • Rename an image to keep your downloads tidy and consistent.
  • Delete removes an image and all its variants from storage permanently. Select multiple images to delete or download them in bulk; a multi-image download comes as a ZIP.

Hero slideshow

The hero at the top of the website can run a slideshow of images you choose. In the Hero section, on the Slideshow tab, use the + button to pick images, then drag to set their order (the first one shows on load). Removing an image from the slideshow doesn't delete it from your gallery.

Video hero instead

To use a video hero, switch the Hero section to the Video tab and paste a YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, or direct video URL. Optionally set a fallback image (shown while the video loads or where autoplay is blocked). The video plays muted on loop.

Tip: For more hero options (layout modes, transitions, static image), use the Website Editor.
