The Invoice History section on the Billing page is a complete record of every platform invoice Photeria has generated for your organization. This guide covers viewing, understanding, paying, and downloading those invoices.

These are the invoices you pay Photeria. For invoices you send to your real estate clients, see Client Invoicing.

Viewing your invoices

Go to Billing (sidebar under Configure). Scroll to Invoice History. Each row shows:

  • Date - when the invoice was created
  • Invoice - Stripe invoice number (or internal number)
  • Amount - total due
  • Credits Used - how many free credits were applied to the listings on this invoice
  • Status - current payment status (see below)

If you don't have any invoices yet you'll see: "No invoices yet. Invoices will appear here after your first billing cycle."

Invoice statuses

Each invoice shows its current payment status. The most common statuses are:

StatusMeaning
Awaiting PaymentPayment pending
PaidPayment succeeded, nothing more to do
OverduePast due, please update your payment method
VoidInvoice cancelled

Paying an invoice

Most invoices pay automatically. If a payment fails or needs manual payment:

  1. Find the open invoice in Invoice History.
  2. Click the Pay Now icon (banknote) on the row.
  3. A Pay Invoice dialog opens with the invoice number and amount.
  4. Enter card details in the Stripe form.
  5. Click Pay [amount].

The form is powered by Stripe, so card details stay on Stripe's servers. When the charge succeeds the status flips to Paid.

Downloading invoice PDFs

When a PDF is available the download icon appears on the row.

  1. Click the download icon.
  2. The PDF opens in a new browser tab.
  3. Save or print from there.

Invoice timing

Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. Your card is charged automatically.
