Managing Job Details
Once a job exists, the job detail page is where you view and edit everything on it: the property, the client, appointments, the invoice, tasks, and a full activity log of every change.

Once a job exists, the job detail page is where you view and edit everything on it: the property, the client, appointments, the invoice, tasks, and a full activity log of every change.
Property and access
Edit the Property card to update the address (via autocomplete), unit number, square footage, entry method, and access notes. The address lives on the linked listing, so changes propagate automatically. Quick actions let you copy the address or open directions. If the entry method is Lockbox, the code is shown prominently on the page for the photographer.
Client
The Client card shows the assigned agent with call, text, and email actions (email composes inside Photeria and logs to the activity log). To reassign, click Edit and pick a different agent. A secondary agent, if set, appears below the primary.
Any notes on the agent's profile show here on every job for that client, handy for standing preferences like "always prefers morning shoots." Set these on the Agents page.
Appointments
The Appointments card lists each visit with its date, photographer, services, and a status dropdown. From here you can:
- Add an appointment (date, time, photographer, and which services it covers). Photeria offers to notify the client.
- Edit one. Changing a scheduled appointment's date or time prompts you to notify the client about the reschedule.
- Delete one. Its services become Unassigned and can be moved to another appointment.
- Move services between appointments when a shoot spans days or photographers.
- Update status (Scheduled β Arrived β Shot) as the shoot progresses. This doesn't touch job progress, so update that separately.
Invoice
If no invoice exists yet, click Create Invoice. Once it does, the card shows the line items, discount, tax, total, amount paid, and balance, plus buttons to view the full invoice or send it (or a reminder). See Client Invoicing.
Tasks
If the job's services have linked task templates, a Tasks card lists the generated tasks in due-date order, with overdue ones flagged. Check a task to complete it. See Task Management.
Header actions and activity log
The header gives you the progress dropdown, a jump to the Listing (where you manage media and deliver), a listing preview, and a more menu to archive, restore, or delete (deletion is blocked once payments exist). The activity log at the bottom is a chronological feed of every edit, status change, email, payment, and delivery on the job.
