Creating and Sharing Coupons

Create checkout discounts, set eligibility rules, and share coupon codes or order links.

Coupons apply a percentage or fixed discount during client checkout. Use them for a promotion, a first-order offer, or a discount limited to selected services.

Go to Ordering β†’ Coupons, then click Add Coupon.

Create a coupon

  1. Enter an internal Name and the Code clients will use.
  2. Choose Percentage or Dollar amount, then enter the discount value.
  3. Add a Minimum Order when the discount should require a minimum subtotal.
  4. Set Valid From or Expires On when the offer should run during a specific period.
  5. Turn on First Order Only when each client can use the coupon only on their first order.
  6. Use Uses Per Agent to limit redemptions by one client, or Total Uses to limit redemptions across all clients.

Limit the coupon to services

Turn on Restrict to Specific Services, then add every service that should qualify. The coupon discount is calculated from those services instead of the entire order.

Leave this setting off when the discount should apply to the full eligible order.

Click Save when the coupon is ready. Use the switch in the Coupons table to control whether clients can redeem it.

Share the coupon

Open the coupon's actions menu to:

  • Copy code when clients should enter the code themselves.
  • Copy order link to choose an Order Form and copy a link that includes the coupon.
  • Duplicate to create another coupon from the same settings.

When a client opens a coupon order link, Photeria carries the code into checkout. The discount appears after the order meets the coupon's service, minimum, date, and usage requirements.
