Accepting payments with Square

Connect Square to accept debit and credit card payments for client invoices and online orders. Payments update the invoice in Photeria.

Connect Square

1. Open Settings → Integrations.

2. Under Square, select Connect Square.

3. Sign in to the Square account you use for your business and complete the connection.

4. Return to Photeria and check that Square is connected.

Your Square account needs an active location that can process card payments.

Choose Square for card payments

If another processor is already selected, choose Switch to Square when Photeria offers the switch after connecting.

You can also open Settings → Invoicing → Payment Processors and select Square under Card payments. Connecting an account and selecting it for payments are separate steps when you already use another processor.

Set when clients pay to collect payment at checkout, before download, or by invoice.

Manage the connection

Use Manage in Square under Settings → Integrations to open your Square account. If you stop using Square, select another connected card processor before disconnecting it.
