Activating a listing starts one year of hosting for its property website and delivered media. If hosting expires, reactivate the listing to restore access for another year.
Activate a listing
Open the job and click Activate Listing.
Review the hosting and billing notice.
Click Activate Listing in the confirmation window.
Activation uses one available listing credit or adds your normal listing charge to your next Photeria bill. It also generates the client invoice if one has not been generated already. The billable usage cannot be undone.

After activation, use Open Listing to upload media and prepare delivery. See delivering a job for the next steps.
Renew an expired listing
When hosting expires, the public property website, media downloads, and marketing downloads become unavailable. The listing's editing tools are also unavailable until it is reactivated.
Open Listings → Expired.
Open the listing's actions menu and choose Reactivate Listing. You can also open the expired listing and use its reactivation prompt.
Review the charge, then confirm Reactivate Listing.
Reactivation starts a new year from the date you reactivate. It uses one available listing credit or adds your normal listing charge to your next Photeria bill.
Renewing hosting does not create another client invoice. If the job was archived, it stays archived.
Find archived or expired listings
Use All to find any activated listing. Archived contains listings whose jobs are archived and whose hosting is still active. Once hosting expires, those listings appear under Expired instead.
You need permission to update the listing to activate or reactivate it. For details about charges and credits, see how Photeria billing works.
