Creating and Managing Order Forms

Order forms control what clients can order and how they move through checkout. Create separate forms when different client groups need different services, packages, or ordering steps.

Go to Ordering → Order Forms, then click Add Order Form.

Add the form details

1. Enter a clear Title.
2. Set the URL Slug. This becomes the final part of the form's public link.
3. Write a short Description that explains who the form is for.
4. Add gallery images that represent the work available through this form.

Choose packages

Add the packages clients should see at the top of the form. Drag packages into the order you want them displayed.

Turn on Show package discounts when you want clients to see the package's savings compared with purchasing its services separately.

Organize services

Create focused categories such as Photos, Videos, Drone, and Add-ons. Add the relevant services to each category, then drag categories and services into the order clients should see.

Use the edit icon beside a category to rename it. Removing a service from a category removes it from this form only. It does not delete the service from Photeria.

Arrange the checkout

Under Step Order, drag the checkout steps into the sequence that works for your clients. Review remains the final step.

Turn Show on order portal on to list the form in the client ordering portal. Turn it off when the form should be available only through its direct link.

Click Add Order Form when the setup is complete.

Publish, share, or embed the form

The switch in the Order Forms table controls whether clients can use the form. Keep it enabled when the form is ready to accept orders.

Open the row menu to:

• Copy Link for emails, buttons, and direct sharing.
• Copy Embed Code to place the order form inside another website.

An unlisted form can still be opened through its direct link while it is enabled. A disabled form cannot accept client orders.
