How to book a shoot

Book photography and other property services through your photographer's order form. Open the link they shared with you, or select Book Shoot in their client portal. The available services, prices, and order of the steps depend on the photographer's form.

Choose your services

Select a package or individual services. If a package includes Choose one, select the service you want from each group. Review the Order Summary after changing a choice, since some options have a different price.

For services sold by quantity, enter how many you need. Review any suggested add-ons before continuing.

Answer questions and add the property

Answer the questions for your selected services. Required questions must be completed before continuing; this step is skipped when no questions apply.

Enter the property address, unit number if needed, and the requested property size. Choose how the photographer will enter and add useful access instructions.

The total may change with the property size, selected quantities, or travel fees. Review it after entering the address and square footage.

Confirm your contact details

If you opened a public booking link, sign in or create an account when prompted. Use your existing account so the order stays with your other listings and your photographer's client-specific pricing applies.

Check your contact details. Add an additional recipient if someone else should receive updates about the order.

Choose an appointment

Select an available date and time. If the form offers a photographer choice, choose a photographer or leave it with any available photographer. Review the services and duration assigned to each appointment.

Review and book

Review the property, services, contact information, appointment, and total. Use Edit beside a section if something needs correcting.

Accept the photographer's terms if requested. If payment is required at booking, choose a payment method and complete payment. The final button may say Confirm Order or Pay & Book.

After booking, return to Listings in the portal to manage the property. Your photographer will deliver the finished media there when it is ready.
