What can you do with Photeria?

Manage jobs

Create and track photography jobs from start to finish. You control the status of each job (Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Archived) and schedule one or more appointments under the job to map out the shoot day.

Manage listings

Every delivery lives on a listing. Listings hold the address, photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, files, and open houses you deliver. Your clients view and download their media through a branded client portal, and each listing can have its own public property website.

Manage clients

Keep a directory of the agents and brokerages you work with. Track their job history, invoices, and contact details. Create new jobs for returning clients in just a few clicks.

Invoice and accept payments

Every job has an invoice. Send it by email, let clients pay online with Stripe, or record manual payments. See totals, balance due, and payment status at a glance.

Configure services and packages

Build the services you offer with flexible pricing (flat rate, square-footage tiers, or quantity-based). Bundle them into packages with discount rules. Clients see them in your order forms when placing an order.

Take orders from clients

Publish one or more order forms so agents can self-book. You pick which services, packages, and questions appear on each form, and clients complete the full flow (services → questions → property → appointment → payment) without needing an account.

Collaborate as a team

Invite team members, assign roles with fine-grained permissions, and filter jobs by photographer. Each team member sees only what their role allows.

Reports and insights

The Reports page gives you a full view of revenue, top clients, service performance, team performance, payments, and inactive clients, with a built-in CSV export for any date range.

Branded client portal

Your clients get their own portal where they can place orders, view listings, download media, and pay invoices. The portal is white-labeled with your logo, colors, and domain.

Property websites

Each listing can have its own public property website with a custom subdomain or your own custom listings domain. Perfect for agents who want a shareable link for their marketing.

Marketing materials

Design flyers, social posts, and other marketing assets from templates inside the app.

Schedule with a calendar

Plan your shoot days on the Appointments calendar. Photeria can suggest times based on your team's availability and the drive time between stops, and sync with Google Calendar so you don't double-book.

Connect an AI assistant

Link an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT to your account and ask it about your jobs and listings in plain language.

Refer and earn

Share your referral link with another photography company. When they sign up, you both get $40 in platform credits.

How the admin app is organized

When you log in as a staff member, you'll see a sidebar on the left with three groups.

Top

  • Dashboard - your home screen with customizable widgets
  • Reports - revenue, client, team, and payment analytics

Manage - day-to-day work:

  • Jobs - create and track photography shoots
  • Appointments - a calendar of your shoots in day, week, or month view
  • Listings - manage property media and details
  • Clients - split into Agents and Brokerages sub-pages
  • Invoices - billing and payment tracking
  • Payroll - what each team member has earned, and marking payouts as paid

Configure - set up your business:

  • Ordering - sub-pages for Services, Packages, Questions, Order Forms, Catalogs, Coupons, and Tasks
  • Templates - sub-pages for Marketing, Email, and SMS templates
  • Team - sub-pages for Members, Roles, Service Types, and Compensation
  • Billing - your Photeria subscription, credit balance, and invoices
  • Settings - company info, branding, domains, service areas, scheduling, legal, referrals, and integrations

Just above your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar you'll find a Refer and earn free credits CTA that jumps straight to the Referrals tab in Settings.
