Managing listing access and website links
Control access to a listing's property website and media downloads separately.
Written By David Dayan
Control access to a listing's property website and media downloads separately. Open the listing under Listings to manage both.
Control the property website
Expand Property Website under Marketing.
Use Enable Property Website to turn the public site on or off.
Use Enable Website Editor to let the client edit their property website.
Turn on Password protection to restrict website access with a password.

These access switches take effect when changed. For the page's design and content, select Edit and follow Building and publishing a property website.
Change or copy the website link
In the same Property Website panel, edit URL Slug and select Save. The slug is the last part of the link, such as 555-cedar-avenue. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Use the copy control beside the address to share the branded link. Select Unbranded when you need the version without agent or brokerage branding.
To use a separate domain, select Add Custom Domain. See Custom listing domains for setup.
Control media downloads
Expand Media Page under Delivery.
Turn on Enable Media Page so clients can open the media page.
Keep Require Payment on when downloads should stay locked until the invoice is paid.
Use the link control to copy the media page address, or View to open it.

These switches take effect when changed. Website access and media download access have separate controls, so check both before delivering a job.
