Branding settings let you customize the look and feel of your portal, property websites, and client login page. You can upload logos, set brand colors, add a watermark, and configure your login page layout.

To access these settings, go to Settings from the sidebar and click the Branding tab.

Brand Colors

The Brand Colors card lets you define two key colors that are used throughout your portal and client-facing pages.

Primary Color

This is the main accent color for buttons, links, and interactive elements. Click the color swatch to open the color picker, or type a hex code directly.

Background Color

This color is used as the background for your portal and key page sections. It should contrast well with your primary color so that text and buttons remain easy to read.

Contrast Warning

If your primary color and background color are too similar, a warning will appear:

Primary and background colors may not have enough contrast for buttons and text to be easily readable.

When you see this, try adjusting one of the colors so there is more visual separation between the two.

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the Brand Colors card to apply.

Logo and Assets

The Logo and Assets card is where you upload your visual brand elements. There are five slots arranged in a row, and each one serves a specific purpose.

Your logo designed for light backgrounds. This version appears in the portal header and in most places where the background is white or light-colored.

Your logo designed for dark backgrounds. This version is used when content appears on dark surfaces.

Favicon

The small icon that appears in browser tabs.

Watermark

This image is overlaid on photos that haven't been paid for yet. Use a semi-transparent PNG with your logo or company name for best results. This helps protect your work before clients complete their purchase.

Social Image

The preview image that appears when someone shares a link to your portal or property websites on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). For best results, use an image that is at least 1200 x 630 pixels.

Uploading and replacing assets

For each asset slot:

  1. If no image is uploaded, you'll see a dashed box with an Upload button. Click it to choose a file from your computer.
  2. If an image is already uploaded, hover over it to reveal Replace and Remove (X) buttons.
  3. After uploading or removing an image, you'll see a confirmation message. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the card to persist all your changes.

Accepted file types are standard image formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, etc.). The Social Image slot specifically accepts JPEG and PNG files.

Login Page

The Login Page card lets you customize what your clients see when they log in to your portal.

Layout Options

You can choose from three layout styles. Each one is shown as a small visual preview in the settings:

  • None - A plain background with a centered login form. No background image is used.
  • Side - A split layout with the login form on the left and your background image on the right.
  • Center - Your background image fills the entire page, with the login form displayed in a centered card on top.

Click on the layout preview card to select it. The currently selected layout has a highlighted border.

Background Image

When you choose Side or Center layout, a Background Image upload area appears below the layout selection. This is the image shown alongside (or behind) the login form.

  • Click the dashed upload area to select an image from your computer.
  • Hover over an existing image to Replace or Remove it.

Click Save Changes to apply your layout choice.

Brokerage-Level Branding

Brokerages can have their own brand colors that act as defaults for all listings under agents in that brokerage. Set these on the brokerage profile:

  • Brand Color - primary accent color for the brokerage.
  • Background Color - background color for property websites.

These colors are shown as swatches on the brokerage detail page.

How colors apply

Brokerage colors automatically apply to all their agents' listings. You can override colors for any individual listing in the Website Editor. If no colors are set at any level, the organization's Brand Colors are used.

Tips for Great Branding

  • Use a transparent PNG for your logos so they look clean on any background.
  • Keep your watermark subtle. A low-opacity version of your logo works well.
  • Test your brand colors by navigating around the portal after saving to make sure everything looks right.
  • For the login background, high-quality real estate photography works great and gives clients a professional first impression.
  • Set brokerage colors once and they'll apply to all listings for that brokerage automatically.
