Finding records, settings, and help

Use global search to find a job or client, jump to a setting, or open a help article from wherever you are in Photeria.

Find what you need

1. Click the search bar at the top of Photeria, or press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows.

2. Enter a name, address, email, or the setting you want to change. For example, search for watermark to find your logo settings.

3. Select a result to open it. A settings result can take you directly to the section you need.

Use the category filters to narrow the results to Jobs, Listings, Agents, Invoices, Settings, or Help center. More filters includes other record types.

Start a task from anywhere

Open search and use Quick actions to start a New Job, Add Client, or Add Brokerage without finding that page first.
