Managing Team Members
The Members page is your team roster: invite new photographers, update roles, assign Service Types and service areas, and remove people who leave.

Getting there
Sidebar: Team → Members. You'll see a table of everyone on your team.
The Members table
Columns:
- Name - full name and avatar. Pending invites show a yellow Pending badge.
- Phone
- Role - assigned role (badge)
- Areas - assigned service areas, or "All Areas" if none assigned
- Calendar - Google Calendar icon if the member has connected theirs
Search filters by name, email, role, or Service Type.
Adding a team member
- Click Add Member in the top-right.
- Fill in the Invite Team Member dialog:
- First Name (required)
- Last Name (required)
- Email (required) - invite goes here
- Phone (optional)
- Role (required) - pick from your existing roles. Manage roles under Team → Roles.
- Click Send Invite.
The invite email goes out immediately. The member shows in the table with a Pending badge until they accept and set a password.
Requires Team: Manage permission.
Resending an invite
- Find the pending member.
- Click the send icon (paper plane) in the row actions.
- Invite resends.
You may need to wait before sending again.
Editing a team member
- Click the edit icon (pencil) on the member's row.
- The Manage Team Member dialog opens with the member's avatar, name, and email at the top.
Editable fields:
Role
Pick a role from the Role dropdown. Each role controls what this member can access.
You can't change your own role; the dropdown is disabled on your own profile.
Accepting Orders
Toggle controlling whether this member appears in the photographer dropdown when scheduling jobs. Use to temporarily remove someone from the available list (vacation, leave) without removing them from the team.
Service Types
Use the checkboxes to toggle Service Types on or off. Service Types ensure team members are matched to the right jobs.
Manage the list of Service Types at Team → Service Types.
Service Areas
If your org has service areas configured, an All areas toggle appears. Leave on to cover every area, or turn off to pick specific ones using the checkboxes.
- Click Save Changes.
Removing a team member
- Click the trash icon on the member's row.
- Confirm in the dialog. Access is revoked immediately.
This is permanent.
Member status
- Active - accepted invite, set a password, can log in.
- Pending - invited, not yet set a password. Yellow Pending badge. Resend the invite if needed.
Permissions
- Team: Read - view the members list
- Team: Manage - invite, edit, remove, resend invites, assign roles / Service Types / service areas
Missing buttons usually mean a permission gap. Ask an admin with Roles: Manage.
