Creating marketing materials for your listing

Turn your listing photos and details into flyers, social posts, and videos. Start with a template in the client portal, choose the listing, then customize the design before downloading it.

Choose a template

1. Open Marketing in the client portal. You can also start from a listing's marketing section.

2. Search the gallery or filter by category, media, and format. Choose a print format for flyers or a social format for posts and stories.

3. Click a template to preview it. Check Information used to see which listing details and photos it needs.

4. Click Customize Template.

Choose the listing and colors

1. Select the listing for the design. For a template that uses multiple listings, choose the required number in the order you want them to appear.

2. Leave Use brand colors on to apply your brokerage's colors when the template supports them. Turn it off to keep the template's colors.

3. Click Create design.

The template fills in its tagged photos and details from your selected listings and profile. Review the result before sharing, especially prices and contact details.

Customize the design

Select text or an image on the canvas to edit it. Use Layers to select an item that sits behind another element.

• Double-click text to change its wording. Use the toolbar to change its font, size, alignment, or spacing.

• Open Text and drag a heading, body text, or property detail onto the canvas where you want it. You can also click a text style to add it, then move it into place.

• Open Photos to choose listing photos, search stock photos, or upload your own. Select an image and use Crop image to adjust its framing.

• Use Effects on selected text for Drop, Glow, Outline, or Hollow. On a photo, Duotone applies a two-color treatment.

• Use Elements to add shapes, icons, or a QR code linking to your property website.

Click Save Changes to keep your edits. Reopen saved work under Continue designing. Use See all when you need an older design, or Make a copy from a design's menu to create a separate version.

Download the finished design

1. Click Save Changes, then Download.

2. Choose PNG for a high-quality image, JPG for a smaller sharing file, or PDF for printing.

3. Choose the output size. For PDF, choose Standard or Print quality. For a design with several pages, select the pages to include.

4. Click Download in the download panel.

Video designs download as MP4 Video. You can also download saved designs from their cards.
