Connect Dropbox to bring finished photos, videos, and floor plans into your Photeria listings. Your team shares one Dropbox connection for the organization.

Connect Dropbox

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Click Connect Dropbox, sign in, and authorize the connection.

  3. Open Settings → Media and select Dropbox under Storage and Sync, then select Save.

  4. Under Dropbox folder, use Change folder if you want a location other than /Photeria.

Put finished files in the listing folder

Each listing's Dropbox folder includes Finals/Photos, Finals/Videos, and Finals/Floorplans. Put the finished files in the matching subfolder.

Open a listing's Media section and use Open Folder to find its folder. If the listing does not have one yet, use Create Folder.

Import the files

  1. Open the listing's Media section.

  2. Click Sync Folder.

  3. Follow progress in the upload tray and review the imported media before delivering the listing.

Files continue importing if you leave the page or close the tab. Return to the listing to see the finished files and any imports still in progress.

Photeria skips files already on the listing with the same filename. To import a revised photo as a separate version, give it a new filename before syncing. Check for both versions before delivery.

See Uploading and organizing listing media to reorder, rename, or remove imported files.

Resolve a connection problem

If the Dropbox connection has expired, reconnect under Settings → Integrations. If Dropbox prevents shared links, ask your Dropbox team administrator to allow them for the files you are delivering.

To stop using Dropbox, click Disconnect on its integration card. The files in Dropbox remain there.
