Sending your listing media to Bright MLS

Send the media delivered by your photographer to your Bright MLS listing. Choose the files in Photeria, then finish the import in Bright MLS.

Send your media

Your photographer must have Bright MLS connected, and your media must be unlocked before you can sync it.

1. Open the listing's Media page.

2. Select Sync to Bright MLS.

3. Select the media types to send. Leave Property website selected to include the unbranded website link, or clear it to send media without that link.

4. Select Sync.

5. Finish importing the media into the correct listing in the Bright MLS tab that opens.

If the Bright tab does not open, select Open Bright MLS in the result window to continue.

Prepare media for the import

Use unbranded media for MLS delivery. The import can include photos, floor plans, virtual tours, videos, and documents available on the listing. Finish uploading and processing videos before syncing them.

Image floor plans count as photos in the import. PDF floor plans are sent separately under Floor plans. Videos, virtual tours, and the property website are sent as tour links.

The Property website option appears only when the listing has an available website. It sends the unbranded version.
