Creating and managing order forms
Order forms control what clients can order and how they move through checkout.
Written By David Dayan
Order forms control what clients can order and how they move through checkout. Create separate forms when different client groups need different services, packages, or ordering steps.
Open the editor
Go to Ordering → Order Forms. Select Add Order Form to start a new form, or select the edit icon beside an existing one. Enter the form's title at the top of the editor.
Changes stay in the editor until you select Save. Use the live preview to check the form before saving it.
Choose packages and services
Open Steps → Services.
Use Add package to choose the packages clients can order. Drag them into the order you want.
Under Services, select Add Category to create groups such as Photos, Video, and Drone.
Use Add service within each category, then drag the categories and services into order.

Use the edit icon beside a category to rename it. Removing a package or service here removes it from this form only.
Create the items you want to offer under Services and Packages before adding them to a form.
Arrange checkout steps
Open Steps and drag the handles to arrange checkout. Review stays last. Select a step to preview it.

The Questions step uses the questions attached to the services on this form. Open it to see the applicable questions, or select a question to manage it under Ordering → Questions. See Custom questions for setup.
Choose how packages and services look
Open Layout to choose Grid or List separately for packages and services. You can show or hide their images and descriptions.
For packages, you can also show included services and package discounts. Choose a Featured package to place it first at full width.

Use Desktop and Mobile to check both layouts. Appearance opens your shared brand settings for colors, fonts, and logos.
Set the link and portal visibility
Open Settings:
Set Link, the part of the public address after
/order/.Turn on Show on order portal to list the form in your client ordering portal. Turn it off to make the form available only through its direct link.
Add a Description and Gallery images to help clients choose the right form in the portal.

Save and share
Select Save at the top of the editor. Saving a new form creates it; saving an existing form updates what clients see. Select View to open the saved form.
Back on Order Forms, the switch beside a form controls whether clients can use it. An enabled, unlisted form still works through its direct link. A disabled form cannot accept orders.
Open the row's More actions menu and select Copy Link to share the form, or Copy Embed Code to place it on another website.
