Use Settings → Invoicing to choose when clients pay, payment reminders, statements, and receipts, and which processor handles payments. Select Save in each section you change.
Choose when clients pay
Under Payment Collection, choose the workflow that fits your business:
Pay before checkout collects payment when the agent submits an order. Connect a card processor or Titus first.
Pay before download keeps media downloads locked until the invoice is paid. You can override this for an individual listing.
Send an invoice lets the client order without a payment gate and pay according to your invoice terms.

Under Invoice Terms, set Payment due to Due on receipt, Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30. This determines the due date on new invoices.
Set your invoice numbers
Under Invoice Numbering, enter a Prefix and the Next number to use. Review the next invoice number and select Save.
Existing invoices keep their numbers. This is useful when you want to continue the numbering from your previous invoicing system.

Set payment reminders and statements
Under Payment Reminders, turn on Send payment reminders. Set how many days to wait between reminders and the maximum number to send, then select Save.
Reminders follow up on published, unpaid invoices after their due date. Publishing an invoice can make it eligible for reminders even if you have not emailed it. Draft invoices do not receive reminders. You can stop or resume reminders for an individual invoice from its page.
Under Statements, choose Weekly or Monthly, then choose the day and select Save. A statement brings a client's unpaid published invoices together with a link to pay. Choose Off to stop scheduled statements.
Statements and payment reminders are independent. You can use either or both.

Send an invoice or receipt
To email one invoice, open it under Invoices and select Send Invoice. When delivering media, review the delivery email's Include invoice option to decide whether to include the bill with the media links. See Managing client invoices.
Under Payment Receipts, turn on Send payment receipts to email the job's agent when a payment is received. This includes payments recorded manually and applies to future payments.
Set client-specific preferences
Open an agent or brokerage under Clients, then expand Settings → Invoicing. Turn off Use brokerage setting or Use company setting in the section you want to customize, choose the client's preference, and select Save.
Leave the switch on to follow future changes to the brokerage or company default. Each section can inherit or override its default separately.
Set taxes and payment processors
Under Sales Tax, enter the default percentage and save. It applies to new invoices; existing invoices keep their current rate.
Connect Stripe, Square, or Titus under Settings → Integrations. Then choose the connected processor under Payment Processors → Card payments.
Pay at close is separate from card processing and requires a connected Titus account.
