Delivery is the final step in your workflow. It sends the client a branded email with links to download their media and view the property website, and stamps the listing as delivered.

Delivery is the final step in your workflow. It sends the client a branded email with links to download their media and view the property website, and stamps the listing as delivered.

Delivery happens on the listing, not the job. Every job has a linked listing that Photeria creates when the job is created.

Before you deliver

Make sure your media is uploaded and organized the way you want, and that the property website looks right. Double-check the client's email on the job is correct.

How a job connects to a listing

Jobs and listings share the address and the client. Listings are where you:

  • Upload and organize photos, videos, 3D content, floor plans, and files
  • Manage the listing sections (Hero, Images, Videos, 3D Content, etc.)
  • Configure the property website
  • Send the delivery email

To get to a job's listing: from the job detail page, click Listing in the header. Or open Listings from the sidebar and find it by address.

Delivering the listing

On the listing detail page:

  1. Click Deliver Listing.
  2. The Delivery dialog opens with a preview of the email.
  3. Review and customize if needed: subject line, hero image, message.
  4. Confirm the recipient is the correct primary agent (and secondary agent, if set).
  5. Click Send to deliver.

The email includes:

  • Your branding (logo, colors)
  • The client's name
  • The property address
  • A hero image from the listing
  • A link to view the property website
  • A link to the download page

What happens when you deliver

When you send the delivery email, the listing is marked as Delivered and the client receives the branded email.

Job progress (Pending / In Progress / Completed / Archived) is not changed automatically, so update it yourself when you're ready. Most teams move the job to Completed after delivery.

Re-delivering a listing

After the first delivery, the button on the listing page changes to Re-Deliver Listing. Use it any time you:

  • Edit photos and want to notify the client
  • Add new media (drone, twilight, etc.) after the initial send
  • Need to resend the email because the client misplaced it

There's no limit on re-deliveries. Each one sends a fresh email but the listing stays marked as delivered.

Preview before you send

Before sending, open the Website Editor from the listing detail page to review the website with live preview. Check:

  • Photos are in the right order
  • Slideshow images look right (and transitions/controls are set)
  • Videos play
  • Sections you want visible are visible and in the right order
  • Section titles and nav labels read well
  • Amenities are set (if applicable)
  • Theme, colors, and layout look right
